Ingredient question

Hi all,

My osteopath gave me a homeopathic tincture for mercury chelation. I can't find any information on some of the ingredients :

nodus lymphaticus
serum ovile
acidum succinum

Homeopathy is quite new to me. What should a good tincture for mercury chelation look like ingredient wise.

Can anyone help ?
