It would depend on how many drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement you used. Also, other oxidative therapy drops begin with 3 to 5% and would be similarly diluted before drinking, so there would be a much, much smaller percentage. My math skills are rusty, so I'm not sure of the %, apparently enough though! It would be nice to know.
