This would make sense in a senseless way
since it will be basically before the presidential
election and saber-rattling might be seen as the
line in the sand and amp up the rhetoric to either
allow the next administration to pick up the mantle,
or the administration will concoct some other event
to precipitate the aggression.

Right now, I saw Senator Biden last night PROMISE,
if Bush shoves us into a war with Iran, he will
initiate impeachment proceedings...
