Even many of the anti-soy people concede that the fermented forms - tempeh, miso, natto, etc. - are okay. I stick with them too. Too much unfermented soy does not agree with me at all), so I figure even a little bit is not so good (though I am probably a non-secretor, which would explain some of that.
