I use Braggs ACV daily. I have always used it to take my Lugols in and recently decided to drink it several times a day. I love it. It has no adverse reactions in me. I enjoy drinking it. I will probably try it with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , but will probably try lemon juice as well.
