I think it's ok. I was using apple cider vinegar (Braggs) until I switched to lemon/lime juice which seems to be a little better. The best thing to use is citric acid which I have just ordered.

citric acid is suppose to be a better activator with less nausea.

I was also using ACV as an activator, and I did not notice any particular problems. I have also been using ACV in a few other things. I am not convinced that it is bad for Candida ... but I am still unsure.

There are lots of people who swear by ACV, including for Candida. There are practioners who say it is great; but, there are other practitioners who say that those with Candida should avoid it.

It is up to you of course, but if you are worried about it, why not use a nice organic lemon juice? Everyone agrees that lemon juice has healthful properties. If you are convinced that ACV is great, and like the way it works for you, then just stick with it.

The bottom line is there is a valid difference of opinion on this, and we are not going to be able to give you a final answer here. If you ask one naturopath, they might say ACV is great, even for Candida ... another one will say no, you must avoid it if you have Candida.

In this case you have to use your own intuition/listen to your body.

This decision was so easy for me. Before Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and before Iodine therapy, I was trying to use ACV, Bragg's with the mother, to clear up a long term sinus condition. It did not help. It even made my sinuses swell for hours after taking. So, whatever is my problem (I suspect fungi), I will avoid ACV.

If you have taken ACV as a remedy before and experienced no problem, it should be alright for you.

i just read that activating mms with citic acid is not good for people with candida??? it was a recent post. they said that it is derived from a mold??? i am confused??? what do i activate it with if i have candida... lime or lemon juice???
