Antihistamines

Benadryl has an antihistamine in it. I have always been one of the ones who cannot take anithistamines because I have an adverse reaction to them. Most people get sleepy but some, like me, get wired and anxious like they've had too much coffee. There is a label warning on products with antihistamines to this effect.

Anyway, I wonder if this was the case with you.
