I think article was the result of a big mix-up. The woman who submitted the info to the author was apologizing about it on the rawfoodsupport forum:

What bothers me about this is she never stated in her apology where she got this info to begin with. She didn't just make it up as there is a proposal out there.
But where did she get her information from?
How are we to trust raw food leaders if things like this happen?
