TESTS are Back --- LOTS of problems

I need your opinion on these tests and what's the best way to go about treating things...

parasites and fungi in stool and or saliva :

Candida ablicans - moderate
saprophytic fungi - trace
moderate mixed gram negative rods/flora
moderate mixed gram positive rods/flora
Beta Hemolytic Streptococcus (group) moderate
Enterococcus species - abundant
non pathogenic E.coli - abundant
moldlike fungus - abundant

Cryptosporidium antigen - positive
toxoplasma ab, siga (saliva) - positive
helicobacter pylori ab, igg - positive

Chymotrypsin (stool) - abnormally LOW
alpha anti-chymotrypsin (stool) - borderline elevated
Occult Blood (stool) - positive
Milk (casein) allergy - positive
soy (protein) allergy - positive

Mineral defficiencies:

Vitamin 12, zinc, magnesium, glutathione, antioxidant function low.

TOXIC METALS:

Aluminum - elevated
Lead - elevated medium range
Creatinine - borderline low
