On a previous fast I lost about 45 lbs. and went from 205 to 160. I also noticed a HUGE decrease in my cellulite. If I had not given up on my fast I wonder if it would not be completely gone had I reached my goal weight?
And maybe it's my imagination but it seems that the stretch marks that were on my thighs seemed to nearly vanish. I did gain all the weight back and then some (another story) but they still seem to be barely visible - not like before my fasts. Well, here I am on Day 10 of my new fast and I have no intentions of giving up until I meet my goal. So I'll keep you all posted on the cellulite issue!
