Have you tried Dermal Grafting?

I saw your extensive list of solutions that you've tried. You mean dermabrasion and needling did not work for you? How many needling sessions did you undergo to?

I feel like crying because I too have a similar experience.

The latest trend in treating Acne Scars is using Derma Roller. You have to undergo at least four sessions to experience improvement. But you can also buy them, I'm planning to buy one at eBay which costs 490$ (OMG I know) but this is the professional grade one, the 100$ has short needles it won't penetrate deep in the epidermis to excise the scars.

Try DermaRoller and then if it doesn't smoothen out, that's when you consider dermal grafting. Dr. Berman and Dr. Y perform these procedures. For icepick type of scars, punch grafting is used instead. Who did your dermabrasion and what type of scars do you have?
