I'm taking DMSA. Yes taking zinc, perhaps not enough (30mg max a day) but I have to be careful with zinc as too much can lower iron and I'm a bit anaemic. This is part of the problem for me I think. Selenium, probably not enough either (100 or 200ug a day) but my last hair test showed really high levels and I still dont' know what this means, either toxicity or deficiency.
Yes shorter rounds and frequent breaks are better for me.
