Anne--In my opinion though it would be safer doing a ALA round every now and then eg every few months, at a dose you can tolerate, at *frequent* intervals, rather than taking it just 3 times a day.


TK---- I agree with Anne. Using ALA every 3hr is how it needs to be used, as using ALA infrequently will redistribute Hg and since it passes the BBB will force more Hg into your brain. So doing a round of three days or so once a month would be a much safer thing to do to continue excreting Hg than using infrequent doses.
