Iron, for Nutberrygirl


The best plant source of iron is chlorophyll from green plants. If you are lazy, you can buy the chlorophyll in the health food store and add to pineapple juice. Otherwise, cook a lot of kale, mustard greens, collards, or add parsley or cilantro liberally to your food.

I also go for beet and blackstrap molasses for iron sources.
