Posted this message on a thread that I just noticed was 5 months old. New to this kind of stuff so not sure whether it would be found or not. So here it is again, is there only one kind of lethicin, from Soy, or are there other kinds, and if so which is the best to bombard my body with? Also I keep reading that people say that Soy is toxic. Is this true or is it just another of those misinformed statements that float around? I don't really know too much about Soy, and only have eaten it in Chinese food and never buy the products in the health food stores so am wondering if the soy lethicin is the way to go or not as that is the only kind available in Wholefoods.
