Soy Lecithin is a very good product to use, for all oils "Must" have Lecithin so that the body may be able to Digest them !
Many of the oils today have been Refined and Processed, so that the Lecithin has been Removed, thus the body cannot Digest these oils properly !
Most prepared foods contain Refined and Processed oils used in them and , if you go out to eat anytime, then you are also going to get these Refined and Processed Oils, which are Lacking in Lecithin !
I choose to use Granuler Soy Lecithin each day with my meals, approx 1 Tablespoonful per day !
Lecithin is powerful, so do not think you can just load up on it and Solve all your past problems, for if you try to Load up on large amounts of Lecithin, it may Cause you problems as anything else, which one makes a Glutton by eating too much of it at one time !
Lecithin is something to be used in smaller amounts thru-out the day or with each meal !
I buy my Lecithin in 10-15 pound Bulk packages size and then keep it in the refrigerator or freezer and take out a small amount in a can to keep on the counter to use out of each day !
