It's worth it on several levels... Regular exercise of moderate intensity combats Depression (as effective as Zoloft in a clinical trial). It also lowers your stress level. Stress can trigger eczema/dermatitis outbreaks and EC may fall into that category. And yes, it may also increase your general self-esteem and feeling of well-being.
Don't worry about your lips, 99% of people in the gym are too worried about how they look to notice anyone else's issues.
