My entire family (me, my wife, and 2 kids) all got a little 2 day flue like symptoms from an increased dosage. I definitely believe it to be a common detox reaction.

But we just continued to drink lots of water, and reduced our drops. I would not suggest that you stop taking it, just drop back until it is comfortable.
