@ Tyler- I agree that it's probably due to an increased immune system. As I mentioned in the previous thread, my CD4 count was down to 166, which is quite low (normal range is between 500-1200). If I lived life by the rules of the AIDS orthodoxy, I would be classified as an AIDS patient just because of the low CD4 results, despite never having a single opportunistic infection in my life.

Of course, the low CD4 count would indicate severe immune stressors, which would naturally suppress my system enough that it wouldn't bother fighting simple colds, etc. I really hadn't been sick in a year prior to starting immune therapies including this one. That's not to say that I felt WELL, because I was dealing with a chronic sinus problem for over two years following three rounds of Antibiotics for a severe sinus infection, and was feeling lethargic and foggy all the time in general during that time period.

As far as this cold is concerned, it didn't happen until after that seventh-day dosage that gave me the all-day nausea and diahrrea. Based on that, I imagine that the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement finally nailed something that opened up my immune system enough to re-engage it. Even though I have felt ill the last two days, I haven't felt run down much at all.

MY SYMPTOMS: Basically just a summer cold kind of thing - stuffy nose, congestion in the head.

I absolutely am not going to stop with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement during this time period. I think I will just run with another 10-drop dosage rather than raise it, and try to get up to 10 drops 2x's a day over the next few days. Let's see if that clears up more.

And I agree with TYler - this forum is blowing up, and I feel priveleged to be able to pioneer this treatment with all of you. Hopefully soon we will all have some wonderful stories to tell each other, and bring this evidence to the masses.

My entire family (me, my wife, and 2 kids) all got a little 2 day flue like symptoms from an increased dosage. I definitely believe it to be a common detox reaction.

But we just continued to drink lots of water, and reduced our drops. I would not suggest that you stop taking it, just drop back until it is comfortable.

I don't ACTIVATE it with prune juice - for that I make a 10% solution out of fresh squeezed lemons.

Lemon juice should be full strength for activator. This isn't a race or boxing competition, if your getting sick cut back 1 or 2 drops. The best thing I have found is to mix it with a green powder drink mix without vitamin c or other additives. Kills the chlorine taste.

Thanks for the reassurance. From what I've read dosage is key and don't overdo it. I'll start out slow. I have a very low tolerance for nausea LOL...thanks!!!
