I am on my second day of the Master Cleanse. This is my second cleanse so I have a little experience. My first cleanse lasted 20 days. I plan to do this one for 10 days. I'm preparing myself for the New Year. Instead of coming in overweight, I want to be in the positive and continue my weight loss journey. I have about 40 pounds total to lose. My goal after the cleanse is to come off of it properly then integrate foods into my diet as suggested in the book. I quite smoking four years ago and have put on excess weight. It's time for the weight to come off.
