Hi there, just want to say hang in there. I did the fast a few weeks ago and only lasted 3 days for several reasons but will certainly be fasting again after the holidays. I loved the overall 'clean' feeling you have and the sense of accomplishment (even though it was only 3 days). This is a great forum to find information and encouragement. Good luck!
