Come in this thread and state how you got Ex Cheilitis and how your lips changed during the week.


1. I got mine from excessive lip licking and picking.
2. It spread from the bottom to the middle of the top lip and eventually the whole lip.
Back then it hurt when peeling with alot of blood.

Now i have other problems thats why i relate to candida but i think ex cheilits can be cured without doin full body detox/cleanse. I've read some people have got this from coming out of the shower and that isn't candida related.
