Re: Questions for Gilda.
I noticed a difference right away; the cysts slowly began breaking open and weeping clear liquid and there was a general lack of inflammation where usually my skin and pimples were itchy and painful. However, it did take weeks to clear the old ones.
Most of the time when I've had a break-out, it's because I foolishly convinced myself I didn't need the olive leaf (or just forgot) and was rudely reminded soon after. It takes alot longer to get rid of the ones already established than to stop the new ones...I end up kicking myself trying to get back into clear mode again.
Actually, I have to say I've had at least 80% improvement until the last time I neglected to take the OL. I think it's all a matter of experimentation to find what's right for your body.
My tongue used to have a heavy coat of white, but now it's a very thin coat...I've read that a thin coat is normal, but I'd feel better with a pink one. At any rate, it has improved. There is a test for candida, of which there are 3 types.
I used to take a probiotic, but it kind of fell off my "schedule" of supplements. I do try to eat a lot of yogurt and used to make my own.
The biofeedback computer is very interesting; lance armstrong used it instead of chemo to fight his cancer. The dr using it on me said it showed alot of toxins in my system, which he proceeded to rid my body of using the computer...I had the worst diarrhea and break-out in the next few days as the toxins left. However, once the initial break-out subsided, my skin was the same - not good- until I started the olive leaf. So ridding my body of toxins didn't help my
Acne at all , though the ridding of them made it worse!
I also have a sensitivity to Vit C...I'll have to note any
Acne changes with it.
I say try the OL; you'll either notice improvement right away or nothing at all. It's relatively cheap. Let me know.
