internally is always wet, so no problem. if you want to apply it to the skin, it is best to use a misting sprayer and just mist it every so often and not let it stay dry. about thirty minutes of this has been an effective treatment for me and others i have told. thats what i mean by wet. once the spray on the skin dries, there is no longer any action by the silver until it is wet again.
