Utopia Silver - a preview of a blockbuster story on the way

Thanks Trapper - The true pure colloidal silver made by CureZone sponsor Utopia Silver really is the best on the planet.  I really look forward to your report.  Luella has a rather amazing one posted here too.

Pardon the hype, but it is nevertheless quite true.

And now the news, coming perhaps as soon as tomorrow:

COMING THIS WEEK:

A blockbuster story you will not want to miss about the government attack on Ben Taylor, colloidal silver and health supplements.

Here is a Preview:

As expected, the government rules against Ben Taylor last week in a delayed ruling - perhaps delayed because the Judge and the system itself did not want to face Taylor, co-defendant Al Adask, and their supporters when they made their unconstitutional ruling and especiallly did not want to open to public scrutiny of the startling admission they made in their ruling - one that will infuriate and amaze those who read the upcoming story.

In brief, the ruling itself basically included an admission that much of the legal system we operate is in fact a sham operating under the "color of law" and not under the actual law or constitution.  In the case of the system that is prosecuting and persecuting Ben Taylor, Al Adask and Utopia Silver, it is operating as and administrative court representing a corporate for profit system THE STATE OF TEXAS, INC just as it is identified in Dun and Bradstreet as a for-profit commercial enterprise  which is in turn a division of the corporate entity THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC and the way it establishes jurisdiction is by deception and coercion, not by honesty and actual law.

What the ruling said, in part, was the the court had jurisdiction over the defendents, who never admitted jurisdiction and in fact protested it continually and consistantly, simply because the defendants had appeared before the court, made motions and otherwise had dealt with the court - apparently validating the claim of the State Attorney General that they had established jurisdiction because Utopia Silver had signed for a certified notice they sent out!

One has to wonder if merely acknowledging that you have received mail prior to being able to find out what the contents are would thereby mean that you give jurisdiction to any one who sends an email if you open it, or anyone who calls you on the phone if you pick up the phone?

Of if a government office sent you a certified letter you had to sign for before opening which stated that you hereby forfeit all your property and agree to death by lethal injection, you would be submitting to their authority simply by signing the receipt?

What the ruling appears to validate is most STATE agencies with deal with are actually corporate entities who only establish jurisdiction by trickery, deceipt and coercion.  In other words, they consider a person to have entered into a binding "contract" that submits to their jurisdiction when a person does things such as apply for permits or license, sign orders, engage in correspondence or merely accept correspondece, make motions, protest motions, or even make a court appearance to protest jurisdiction.

However, they do this without telling the citizens that they are submitting to their jurisdiction by dealing with them, and thus even in a commercial contract, what they are doing is nevertheless illegal and invalid because contracts entered into or coerced by deception, and which one party has information that is withheld from the other are invalid.

Another indication of the sham system we operate under is the fact that both the State of Texas Attorney General officer and Health officers are also commissioned officers of the federal FDA.  Regardless of what the STATE OF TEXAS, INC may now contend, this case began with an FDA complaint to the STATE OF TEXAS, INC.  about Utopia Silver making claims about Colloidal Silver that made it a drug.

THE MAZE:

In effect, what the goverment does is construct mazes that only they know how to negotiate, using routes (rules) they contantly change, and then they deceive, coerce or use false threats to get a person who challenges their authority to enter and negotiate the maze with the promise that they must do so and succesfully escape out the other end in order to be free of such authority.

Then, once a person finally works their way through all the pitfall and false trails and emerges from the other side, they are told: You are now under our authority because you entered the maze to begin with.

You don't want to miss this story, and the other revelations it will include about the trail and trial of deception that has marked the governments actions against Taylor, Adask and CureZone sponsor Utopia Silver from the very start.  When you read it, you will likely share my fury and indignation over this case, which the government has admitted is an important test case in which Utopia Silver and colloidal silver were targeted.

In fact, it is believed strongly that it is THE test case for how far the FDA can stretch it's powers to circumvent the will of the people and a preparation for how actions will be taken to enforce conformity with CODEX when it is forced upon what are supposed to be sovereign citizens of the constitutions republic of the United States of America by the corporate UNITED STATES OF AMERICA which has been the tool of a decades long erosion of our founding rights.

I submit that instead of having issues with one another over the groups who purport to represent health freedom, we all unite behind this pivotal case.

THE APPEAL FOR HELP - Are there any sharp pro bono legal eagles out there?:

It goes without saying that Ben Taylor and Utopia Silver need all the support and help they can get for what may well be a landmark case that impacts on all of us.

The defendants have thus far represented themselves and are quite frankly leery of attorneys due to conflict of having to submit to the system to stay in good graces even to the detriments of their clients.  This concern was not helped when they were referred to an attorney in Austin who specialized in the issues of supplements and natural health products who, during a meeting with Ben Taylor, first presented him with a pitch, including a video presentation of the Attorney's own MLM supplement program and concluded with the Attorney making it clear that he was a good personal friend of the State Attorney General and was sure that for the right amount of money to grease the wheels of the system he could convince the Attorney General to see the light.

Ben Taylor, Al Adask and company intend to continue to represent themselves, but they do need free or very cheap legal help, either from an honest and sympathetic attorney or sharp paralegal, to help them negotiate the maze that is made up of all the procedural issues and other traps that they may trip over, as well as interpret the legalese that is used by those who construct and control the maze.

The need for pro bono help is two fold.  First the money is simply not there.  Second, many a righteous person and business have been bulldozed by corporate government agencies who have limitless supply of taxpayer money to simply outspend their victims until they are bankrupt and can proceed no further with their defense.

They may be contacted by simply going to the Sponsor's Box at the bottom of this and every other CureZone forum page and clicking on the link to their site.

Stay tuned!

Tony
