Felt strange

I put a glug of acv in a glass of water awhile ago,with 1/4 tsp of Seasalt and glugged in down. I didn't measure it, but roughly a tbsp.

I felt really strange, sort of spaced out. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so what could be causing a reaction like that.

I started it yesterday and had two drinks like the one above and didn't feel like that.
