I dont really feel I can use the "white teeth" bit since it has not changed the color of my teeth at all. I wish it would. My teeth are not yellow. I dont nor have I ever drank coffee. My teeth are not stained. However oil pulling has not made them any whiter and I feel they would look at my own teeth and see it does not work.
