Wow when you said you had already tried everything and been to 20 doctors, etc. I just had assumed you had already tried and failed with accutane.
I absolutely think you should try it when you have already tried so much *if* you think it will help. My only concern for you is, I seem to remember one of your posts saying you had very dry skin and couldnt use certain stuff (I think I came across that one while doing searches about demodex mites, someone suggested that cream from china to you and you said something about having too dry skin already-correct me if Im wrong), well anyways, my point is, that accutane should dry up your skin a lot. So be careful, or ready for that at least.
