The commercial CS is good. However, they do promote high ppms, which are not always necessary, and often the low ppms (5-10)work just as good or even better than the higher ppms.

But there is nothing wrong with the commercial CS. If you have to buy it, just get the least expensive. As long as topical use is six to ten minutes, it will work well, no matter what the ppm.
