There are a couple of points I want to make on kelp. I took 5-6 tabs per day of it for two years with no noticeable improvement at all. I think some people can respond well to it, but in my case, I needed therapeutic doses. I think it depends on your level of health and how much bromide, fluoride, chloride and metals you have been exposed to. If you have been on 12 drops for a month with little improvement, I would say you would have the same response as I did.

A second point is contamination. If you are going to take kelp, you must research the source very well.
