parasite etiquette tightrope walk

for the last year or so i've become aware of how pervasive parasites are,not only
because i've been lurking around curezone, but because i've done a couple of humaworm
cleanses,as well as a dozen liver flushes, and it became quite clear (from my toilet inspections) that i was (and still am ),a breeding location for parasites etc. albeit a less hospitable one.
i notice that now that i'm more carefull about where i put my hands, and how often i wash them, (especially after petting our dog,or being in a friends house who has cats)that although i will still share a meal at a friends ,or relatives house,(though i will only eat in a restaurant as a last resort)it's all becoming less appealing to me ,because i'm aware of parasites, and they (although i've told my friends and relatives about parasites)are not,and probably never will be unless they saw their own critters.
I was wondering how other people are handling this"Parasite etiquette tightrope walk"
