In my experience with Humaworm , Humaworm nor other good herbal dewormers like Barefoot Herbalist's dewormer ever killed any good bacteria in me , but all the pharmaceutical lab produced anti-biotics did. A week or two of antiobiotics resorted me to having to go back to the doctor for a probiotic after I had the flu years ago. If anything, Humaworm will kill microscopic PARASITES which are better off dead anyway. It leaves the good bacteria alone, because good bacteria doesn't seem to be adversely affected by Black Walnut, Cloves, etc. Some people are sensitive to the herb, Senna, which in tiny amounts is in Humaworm to help promote bowel movements. It can make them think that they destroyed good bacteria because it makes some people a little gassy sometimes. One thing I think is cool with Humaworm is that they will make you a batch without the Senna upon request. Cascara Sagrada is a good alternative to Senna, and also healthy for toning up the eliminatory muscles.
