I would only add sitting with eyes closed in the midday sunlight for 10 minutes a day.
Everything you described (plus the sunlight) restored 20/20 vision to my brother.
The excercises worked for him. Don't know if the sun exposure applies to this condition, but thought I'd mention it. It was amazing to me to see the change, and to see my brother throw his glasses away. (He used to have to wear them everyday)
