hi,

bone broth is the best. this is how i do it. i first cook a whole organic chicken, then debone and freeze the meat i will eat later.

i take the bones and boil them in good water for about 45 at a low rolling boil. then i let them soak in there with the heat off for several hours, maybe 5 to 8 hours till they become soft. then i do one of two things. i either cut the bones length wise and scoop out the marrow, or if you have a good quality blender you can put them in the blender. then i cook this mixture for a little while longer adding other veggies like cabbage onion garlic and seaweed to make a super deluxe mineral broth. then you can either strain this or eat it the way it is.

then i keep some out and freeze the rest in small containers so i can use it little by little when needed. this stuff is dynamite. you can add it to anything. it revs up my system and adds the most bio availalbe minerals to any soup or bean dish or whatever. i have even added the cold broth to fresh juiced carrot juice!! yum.

i have never used vinegar as i hate vinegar for some reason, i doubt that vinegar is necessary but if you want i am sure you can. if you make soup with this, it will be the hit of the party. also you can sprout lentils and then make sprouted lentil soup (with curry, carrots, and onions) with this special broth. that is the most nourishing thing i have ever eaten in my entire life!!

if you do this let us know how it goes.
