Yum! Greens and almonds are two of my very favorite foods! I also love beets, carrots, fish, walnuts, apples, grapefruit - to name just a few more of my most loved healthy foods. It is amazing how good it feels to consume such nutrient rich kinds of foods. Thanks for encouraging me to get as much nutrition as possible from foods rather than supplements, because it really makes a difference. Sorry it took me so long to reply - my computer is in the process of being debugged.
