Hello Ami lovely to hear from you.
I feel you will not leave where you are until you relax and be fully accepting of where you are and what is around us. You have put yourself in that place to learn some lessons and feel that one of the lessons you need to learn is regarding your leg.
I feel you need to take a little time in rest and relaxation and re-centre your energies on yourself.
Remember it is not the things that happen to us in our life that does the damage it is how we react to the things that happen:>) You have little control over the things that happen: but you have total control over your reaction, if you choose to use your own creativity and not just be a mirror for others.
You are a very special person, but I feel your spend a lot of time thinking of what you do not want to do and be? I feel you would benefit from thinking and dreaming more like you have described how you can function better where you are and create a better environment for youself now by your own efforts.
What I am saying is do what you can to improve your environment. Just make small changes do the housework perhaps the spring-cleaning. Recycle things you never use and surround your self with things you find beautiful or special just because you feel you are gaining something from them.

A lot of what you are experiencing in your life is very close to what he talks about in his channels.

For the next week or two I would enjoy your own company and just get plenty of rest and relaxation and give you body some time for your energies to come back into balance.
If you feel you need some exercise I would recommend some Yoga postures, which you can do at home from a book or video or sometimes it is possible to get a Yoga teacher to come and give private classes at home.
