it's been awhile...
but... just kinda wondering...
have you ever noticed that even those who come into AA for all the wrong reasons still seem to get all the benefits the program has to offer...??? i really do not think it matters all that much what we think of god... so long as we know that someone... or something... somewhere... somehow... believes in us...

the most beautiful... peaceful... feeling i have discovered to date... is silence... in the silence of my mind... the stillness of thoughts... there are no negative emotions/feelings...

yet it seems somehow inversely proportional that the more i seek the pleasurable feelings of love... happiness... and joy... the more i muddy my still waters... or perhaps a better of saying it would be... that in so doing i make myself all the more vulnerable for the opposites...
