the next phase!! help please

so far I've followed the Candida diet for 14 weeks
I've tried to exercise as much as possible.
I have done two colon hydrotherapy sessions and taken colon clean herbs on like 5 occasions.
I have done three weeks on a parasite cleanse (the three gross black herbs)

Now i want to do a liver and kidney cleanse

Which one do i do first, and what are some cheaper meds i can get?

Any help or links appreciated.
