Re: Really need some guidance, please
Hello Reiki Gal,
Like you, I'm going down the bowel cleansing route, my own problem is perioral dermatitis (rash on face).
I just wanted you to know some facts that I have gained from my own research:
1 - you've been told that "impaction in that area is very normal". That is untrue. It's not "normal" at all, even though it may be "common" because people haven't learnt how to take care of their bowel.
2 - Even vegans have mucoid plaque. I read about a vegan woman who was given a colema and got mucoid plaque out. So, given that you have impaction, you need a colema in spite of your high fibre diet.
3 - Frequent bowel movements - in other words, absence of constipation - doesn't mean a person doesn't have mucoid plaque. There are many case histories of people who had frequent bowel movements but giving them a colema produced masses of mucoid plaque. Their bowel movements had been watery enough to squeeze their way through a very narrow tube. See "Dr. Jensen's Guide to Better Bowel Care", sections of which are online
http://curezone.com/books/online/bowel/default.asp
Also, you will see from Dr. Jensen's book that in many cases, a patient has had a problem that had no obvious connection with a bowel condition (e.g. a fever, or sores on the neck). The only thing that was done for the patient was bowel cleansing, and the problem was improved or cured.
Often people are amazed at what comes out of them during a colema, as they can't imagine they had that stuff inside of them. So you can imagine that might be the solution for your pain, given that you've been told you have impaction.
I've been bowel cleansing myself for 6 months with clay and psyllium husks and am now going to buy colema board and see what comes out of me.
I recommend that as your next step, and also to start liver flushing according to Dr. Clark's recipe, if you haven't already done it. The liver's a big organ and, with many thousands of gallstones in the liver itself and the bile ducts, it's even bigger, which makes it crowd out other organs in your body cavity, including your intestines. So you'd make more room for your intestines to function that way.
I've done 37 liver flushes and am still continuing. Now I get out only small stuff like gravel, but until a few flushes ago I was still getting out medium sized stones every time. The large ones only stopped coming out after flush no. 30.
So you can imagine how much space inside the body cavity it frees up when these stones are got out. I'm 50 by the way.
I'm sure your problem is simple to solve and I look forward to hearing how you've done it soon!
Kind regards
Deborah
