Re: Digesting oils/omega 3's with no gall bladder

Pioneer, one of the most profound things for me about eating the mucusless diet, vegan, came from a video of Dr John Christopher's that I got to view as a member at http://www.barefootherbalistmh.com.  In this video, Christopher is talking about the other larger mammals of the earth.  Consider the elephant, the silverbacked gorilla, even the cow ... where do they get their protein?  They are all much larger than us and mighty in strength and they eat raw vegetation.

The liver builds protein units for the body and it builds them from amino acids.  There are only 8 amino acids in the category of "essential" amino acids, meaning we must get them from our foods.  Eating raw fruits, nuts, seeds and leafy greens provides an abundance of these.

Another profound thing I've learned recently has come from David Wolfe's book The Sunfood Diet Success System.  In the chapter on enzymes, David speaks about the fact that eating cooked foods causes the body to have to mutate the enzymes that are used to digest cooked foods, thus creating a toll on the organs.  Diabetes for example isn't about sugar and startches, it's about a worn out pancreas from eating cooked foods.

In the early days of studying what I was embarking on, I chose to go naturalist.  I was going back to nature, back to the way God made things to be.  Did God put the ox on earth to supply me with enzymes so that I could digest denatured food?  I don't think so, the ox is a beast of burden.  Do you see?

I've regained my liver function, I've erradicated the pain that was created in this organ, and I've never taken a single probiotic or enzyme that came in a bottle.  Mine came in my foods.

When you stop doing what made you ill and start giving your body good building blocks, plus remove the toxins from what you'd been doing wrong, you are CURED.

I still have my gallbladder.  I digest any food that I put in my body today. and yes'm, there are times when I cheat!!!!!  I feel the difference in natural foods and denatured foods in my body and I opt to keep on striving to be a totally raw foodist.  I am the only truly holistic person that I know in life, my family runs to the dr with every ache and pain.  Come Thursday, I'll do the cooking:  turkey and dressing, greenbeans, white rice and gravy, deviled eggs, cranberry sauce out of a can, deserts, sweet tea (and I'll use white sugar), BUT this year, it's the ONLY meal of such JUNK that I've cooked.  It's not going to kill me and I'll take extra herbs to keep it moving on through my body.  I won't consider breaking up my family life for my lifestyle.  Let one of my girls get married again, and they are going to get the priveledge of cooking the holiday meals and I'll bring a pineapple and a "super greens" salad and some superfood munchies.

Each day, even each meal, you can do what I did and learn to make better choices.  The choices become easier and easier, especially if you bother to educate yourself on things like mucusless diet and proper food combining.

You aren't going to make an alkaline body by eating acidic foods ... P E R I OD ... and the whole trick is alkalinity.

Combining fruit and animal flesh in the stomach is asking for auto-intoxification.  Your stomach cannot be alkaline to digest the fruit and acid to digest the meat at the same time.  One or the other will putrify, rot, ferment in the stomach and intestines ... this isn't about being dis-eased, this is a scientific fact of life.

Adding animal DNA to my body will never be considered as the answer to my ills.  If I can't digest meat, I choose not to eat it.  For well over 18 months, and still true today, I eat one meal a week containing one piece of chicken breast and eggs.  Cheese was a staple in my diet and it's an occassional cheat for me yet.  If I want butter, I use goat butter (yes, it's very expensive, but that $6 small block of butter lasts me apprx 3 or 4 months) ... I add feta cheese to an occassional salad, not even once a week and when I cheat with a baked potato, I eat them loaded - instead of cheddar, bacon, sour cream and dairy butter, they have goat butter, feta and a spiced oil such as ginger oil, crushed red pepper and sea salt.  Until I get completely raw, I'm trying to make better choices.

Fruitarian diet is a detoxification in and of itself.  In Health via Foods Dr Hay shows us the "recipe" that he used to CURE 63,000 people from all around the world with every knows dis-ease.  Pioneer, he used 8 oranges a day, juiced and distilled water, NO herbs or supplements of any kind, just oranges and cool water enemas.  Mucusless diet and proper food combining makes this cure permanent.

I'm working on a kidney problem that has shown itself since I've gotten my liver back online ... and frankly, I don't ever intend to make such a mess of my body again!
