Re: Apple Cidar vs. Apple Juice???

Telman, I live in northern South Carolina, the lower edge of one of the large apple growing areas in this country.  If traveling to the mountains north of my home and one stops and buys apple cidar on the side of the road, believe that it's in early stages of fermentation!!!! I thought noy, until I had several gallons of it literally explode all over my kitchen at the same time!!!!!!  Unstrained apple juice ferments.
