Re: Memory Loss and Chemo Brain

I had chemotherapy last year and also suffered memory loss and "brain fog" as I called it. It is DEFINITELY caused by the chemotherapy, and NOT stress. I can't believe the doctor even tried to get that one over on you! There were a few things I did to help myself recover. First off, I am a Christian, so I prayed. I also drank a gallon of water per day to flush my system and take supplements, including Vitamin C. I completed a general, whole body detox using herbal products from Nature's Medicine Labs. (I'm sure there are many other brands out there that work as well.) I did a parasite cleanse as well as a liver/gallbladder flush. I will continue to do those until my system is clean, then there's the maintenance to tend to. Also, I "exercised" my brain by doing crossword puzzles, etc. I have noticed great improvement, but it isn't an instant thing; it's a process of restoration. I'm sure there are other things you could do that I haven't mentioned, but there's a lot of good info on this website. Hopefully you'll find just what will work for you.
