Re: Is there a difference in diet between Rh negative and Rh positive?

I am obviously going to need to get the book(s), but what does that mean, "agglutination take place over the organs?"

All I know is that I ate a ton of food yesterday, including meat at both lunch and dinner, and I feel thinner, had my colon not all congested and clogged (things moving thru better than normal), and feel more energetic and thinner AND NOT HUNGRY.

There have been times that I ate practically nothing and felt the converse was true. Eating according to this list seems to be "right" to me. I was very skeptical of this diet all this time, because I perceived it to be faddish. So I avoided it....too bad. (That's what happens when someone that you think follows every single fad diet pushes their latest, greatest on you---one tends to discount their experience and discernment. My bad...)
