Years ago, when we had been tested using kinesiology, three of us (O+) had quite a list of avoids which correlate with the Avoids for Os. Our one son (O-) had only ham and peanut butter to avoid, if I remember correctly. In the book, the O- does not have the agglutination take place over the organs, just in the blood. I may have the term wrong because it has been some time since I read the information.
