Yes! I do buy bulk lentils and have sprouted them. But I didn't think to make the soup out of it for this diet. The last time I made it, I did try to sprout them even. But I forgot...and I didn't think that I could eat them sprouted on this diet.

You know, I love the lentil soup with some barley in it. I have always loved barley, and it was good to see it on the list!

Does anyone here make barley flour? If so, do you just grind up bulk barley in a mill?? I've heard that barley flour is very fine flour, and was always used by royalty because of its texture, etc.

I feel so much better away from WHEAT.

Can we have sprouted wheatgrass juice? I would think so. Why is alfalfa out?
