I like using this one when I feel frustrated with the Kids. What is always interesting, is as soon as I change my emotions from bad to good, the kids *seem* to change.
After all, the world is our projection, so there's only ever ourselves to change. And we know when something needs changing from the state of our feelings. Our emotions guide us and let us know when we are out of natural flow. Without our negative thoughts and stories/beliefs, we ARE Love and Peace. That is our natural state of being.
It's all an undoing process. Finding relief from our thinking. Relief is the answer that all medicine is looking for. Relief heals.
