Re: Which Thought Feels Better?
Invincible,
I find it wonderfully interesting that a person doesn't have to believe statements that make them feel better....just write them, or say them aloud, once or twice...for emphasis. Then put them aside, just for now.
Remarkably, within a day or two, they come true! ...As though out of the blue.
We DON'T have to struggle, contemplate, 'control', or stress ourselves. Nor do we have to DO anything.
The 'doing' just happens, because we have sown the seed...and it happens when we are thinking of something else.
Best of all, we can let an unhappiness sweep over us, noting how we feel, and letting it go...trusting in our 'better' statement to take us into a preferred feeling, soon.
We can even do this with unhappiness experienced long ago...without having to 're-experience' the whole scenario.
Certainly a 'better' statement, written and/or said aloud, once or twice in a day, then let go...can't hurt.
Thanks for writing the above post...all your posts.
My best,
Fledgling
