Ok I was diagnosed with hsv2 like 2 months ago and I'm pretty sure that I got it from last partner. Since I've been reading up on herpes, I know he gave it to me when he didn't have any symptoms (because if he had sores or bumps, I wouldn't do nothing it him). Ok my questions are: I tested positive for hsv2 and had sores in my genital area and he kept saying that he tested negative and he didn't show no symptoms, is it possible for him to test negative because he doesn't have any symptoms? I thought the 1st outbreak last longer and it more severe than any other ones. I say that because I was on medicine for my 1st ob and it went away in a week and my 2nd ob lasted for 3 1/2 weeks, I didn't take no medicine for like 2 weeks but I was on medicine for the last week on my outbreak. Is it why it was more severe and longer than my first one? Last question, when I put hydrogen peroxide on my outbreak, it foamed up and and begin to run, is that because the virus was present on the parts where it foamed up? I mean I know it was on the sore because that's why it there, I'm talking about where it foamed up with no sores present.
