Im on day 14/30 and in the past I did not rightly get off it. Now I see that the cause is slowed metabolism.
Also I bought some books on raw foods, gonna try incorporating more raws into my diet. THose recipes that Cat left I will try out too.
I took a break from yoga for about 11 months and now on the cleanse Im going 1-2 a week, but I do find it really demanding and many times during the practice have to go to child pose to gather myself. Also I see how much flexibility I lost and the gained weight is limiting me doing different poses I could have done before.
This time I understand that the cleanse is more like a spark that helps you get back on the right track, but what you do afterwards is even more important then the Master-Cleanse itself.
Thanks a lot again - I was really in anguish, and felt defeated. Information carries tremendous power, and can alter one views feelings energy....
