Re: Tracie, how are you using the castor oil?

I am keeping a constant mini castor oil pack on my ganglion 24/7, and applying heat when I get the time (which isn't often). I am certain it is shrinking, although slowly. Either way, the pain is almost gone and it was quite bad. I am not sure if I will get rid of it completely but I think I might. Beats surgery any day.

Humaworm has given me heaps more energy than I had. I am not sure if I have passed anything major. I don't look. I am just not keen enough to go poking around in my toilet bowl. I will know if it is doing me good by the way I feel, and I do feel better.

Congrats on the weight loss. I have recently gained a few more pounds. Thank god I only have a couple more weeks of work left. These early starts leave me just to tired to do anything else much. At the moment I don't do any exercise at all. I am more convinced than ever that I would be doing much better if I could just stay in bed past 5am.

I know what you mean about doing lots of protocols at once. I am starting to worry about the sheer volume of supplements my ND has me on. Never mind how expensive they all are, I am sure that I now rattle. When I get this move out the way I plan to ease off the supplements, get back to healthy eating and exercise and spend loads of time meditating and getting even more in touch with my spiritual side.

Thanks for the encouragement (as always)

Love & Light
Tracie.
